Southeast-based General Contractor is searching for a commercial construction Superintendent for a $300M commercial construction project in the Charlotte area. 

This position will work with and assist the General Superintendent supervising all field operations, assisting with schedule preparation, and directing the subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safety, quality and schedule are maintained. You will also be responsible for maintaining an excellent working relationship with the Owner’s representatives to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience, as a Superintendent, on commercial or healthcare construction projects while working for a General Contractor or CM is required.
• You must have been a Superintendent on at least one project in excess of $50M.
• You must currently live within commuting distance of Charlotte, or be willing to relocate to the Charlotte area. (Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.)

Compensation:  $90,000 - $120,000 base salary depending on experience, plus full benefits and bonus.
