Top 25 National General Contractor with a Southeast Regional office in Atlanta is searching for a Superintendent with experience in self-performed multi-level commercial concrete construction for projects in the Atlanta metro area.
- This position will be in charge of the self-performed concrete frame portion of multi-story projects.
- This will include all shoring, formwork, reinforcing, post tensioning, & concrete finishing operations.
- Work with the General Superintendent, assisting with schedule preparation, and directing the subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safety, quality and schedule are maintained.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining an excellent working relationship with the Owner’s representatives to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of self-performed concrete experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent, on multi-story concrete frame construction projects while working for a self-performing General Contractor or turn-key concrete frame subcontractor is required.
- You must have experience with post tensioned slabs.
- You must currently live within commuting distance of Atlanta, or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area. (Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.)
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits and incentive package.
