Superintendent – Federal Construction

Highly respected general contractor specializing in military and government projects has an immediate need for a Superintendent for medium-large vertical construction projects.  Additional opportunities are available in NC, FL and VA.

• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
• High school diploma and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on renovation and/or ground-up vertical construction projects.

• Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation.  Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings.
• Federal construction experience is required.

Compensation: $100K-$135K depending on experience, car allowance/company vehicle, great benefit package to include healthcare.  You do not have to be local.  Travel/housing or relocation will be provided.
