Superintendent-Federal Construction
Top 20 ENR general contractor specializing in military and government projects has an immediate need for a Superintendent for medium-large construction projects on Camp Lejeune. There are additional opportunities in Virginia Beach, VA and Fort Bragg, NC.
Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
- High school diploma and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on renovation and/or ground-up vertical (base building) construction projects in excess of $10M.
- Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation. Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings.
Compensation $90K- 120K/year depending on experience, car allowance/company vehicle, great benefit package to include healthcare.
