This is an excellent opportunity with a leading Multifamily Builder / Developer in Charlotte, NC. This company has an outstanding reputation and specializes in large garden-style multifamily construction projects up to over $25 mill.

They are currently looking to make a strategic, long-term hire for a Lead Superintendent who has had experience on commercial or multifamily projects over $10 mill.

Requirements include: 7+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience.
