Description
Highly respected regional builder has an immediate need for superintendents who have residential new build/ground up experience. This builder/GC has a regional focus so no major travel is required.
Requirements:
• This person will have full responsibility for an entire neighborhood and will supervise Field operations throughout the construction of all the homes in the neighborhood.
• Candidate must currently live in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area and must have at least 7 years of single family, ground-up, construction experience.
• Production home experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
$95K-$120K depending on experience, car allowance along with a great benefit package to include healthcare.
