Atlanta-based General Contractor, specializing in tenant interiors construction, is searching for a lead Construction Superintendent for night time T.I. projects at the Atlanta airport.

This position will be directly responsible for organizing, supervising, maintaining schedules, planning, and directing subcontractors on interior construction.

Requirements:
• This position requires at least 7 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years working as the lead Superintendent on airport interiors projects for a CM, or GC is required.
• Previous experience working on airport retail or airport interior spaces is required.
• Due to the nature of the projects all work is done at night.
• Thorough knowledge of airport remodeling is required.
• You must be able to pass an FBI background check since some projects will be in secure areas.
• Ability to work closely with owner’s representatives and adapt to changing requirements by the owner is essential.

Compensation:
• Salary - $75K - $110K depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and bonus..
