Changes to OSHAs Record Keeping Rules Take Effect Jan. 1

Several construction-related areas are included in the new safety regulations being implemented by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Changes to injury reporting and recordkeeping requires some 25 industries to maintain OSHA 300 Logs for the first time. Included are lessons of real estate, activities related to real estate, commercial and industrial machinery and equipment rental and leasing, facilities support services and services to buildings and dwellings.
