CAPM or PMP certification would be great but not required. Low voltage CCTV, Building Automation (Niagara framework AX or Niagara 4 certified), access control, Security. Fire Alarm experience (Nicet Level 2,3, or 4 certified would be awesome) A Nicet 3 and 4 will NOT be someone younger in their career typically.
