Business Development Director
Are you a sales professional eager to join a growing business where you can grow a territory and have a direct impact on the way business is delivered? We have an immediate opportunity for a commercial business development manager who excels at relationship-based sales.
Our client is big enough to do complex projects yet small enough where everyone is rewarded for their personal accomplishments. They have an immediate need for a Business Development Manager with proven commercial construction experience in Dallas’ commercial sectors including hospitality, mission critical, and commercial office.
This Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new clients, establishing profitable relationships with external organizations and managing an existing database of customers while sourcing new customers through various methods.
Must have impeccable oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and service existing accounts.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales focused role within DFW's commercial construction industry.
Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s strongly preferred.
