Business Development Manager – Mechanical Construction

The Mechanical Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new clients and maximizing sales potential with existing clients focused on HVAC and plumbing for commercial, municipal, health care, education and light industrial ranging from $50K-$10MM. Our ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager and Sales Manager. Local and industry understanding of mechanical construction, design, finance and management.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Compensation is aligned with experience.
