Description
Southeast-based Commercial Construction General Contractor is searching for a strong Project Manager for their Athens, Georgia office to learn and assume the executive leadership position for this office in 2 – 5 years.
We are looking for a candidate who is a true go-getter and is interested in being involved in the Chamber of Commerce and developing strong working relationships in the community.
This position is responsible for all business aspects of construction projects: scheduling, pay requests, R.F.I's, change orders, working with the design team, subcontractors, field personnel, and maintaining an excellent relationship with the owner.
This position requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a PM or APM role managing commercial construction projects.
A 4 year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required, or at least 6 years’ experience as a PM on commercial construction projects in excess of $10M.
Compensation: $80K - $120K plus an excellent benefits package.
