Description
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has 5-7 years of experience on ground up, custom homes more than $3M. Projects are located in the DC Metro/Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland. This firm is also searching for solid superintendents.
The selected candidate will manage the project buyout and have complete profit and loss responsibility. Develop and maintain project schedule and lead project meetings between architects, owners and other project team members. Manage and negotiate subcontracts.
Compensation: $120K - $150K/year, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare plus bonus potential.
