National Top 20 heavy highway General Contractor is searching for an experienced Contract Compliance Manager.

This person will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring DBE participation compliance by suppliers & subcontractors.

Requirements:

• You must have been a contract compliance manager, or compliance officer, for a construction GC on at least one contract in excess of $50M with a DBE participation goal of at least 15%.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction contract administration is required.
• You must have experience ensuring DBE participation compliance by suppliers & subcontractors.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and auditing contract participation of DBE firms by the company, its subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Heavy highway or bridge construction contract compliance experience is preferred, but any type of construction compliance experience will be considered.
• A 4 year degree is required.

Compensation:  $80K-$100K/year plus full benefits package.
