Single Family home builder specializing in semi-custom homes is growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager / Builder in order to continue their growth.

This person will have full responsibility for managing all activities on multiple semi-custom homes.  Homes range in value from $800K to $1M+

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire construction process of new home construction start to finish.
• Schedule, order materials, direct subcontractors.
• Meet with homeowners to provide status updates at every stage of their home build process
• Consult with architects, engineers, builders, selections coordinator, trade contractors, and clients on plan revisions and change orders.

• Walk through homes daily to ensure quality and maintain schedule.
• Foresee possible problems, adapt to issues as they arise and provide direction around them.

Requirements:

• Candidates must currently live within an hour commute of the Winder, GA area or be willing to relocate here.
• You must have at least 7 years of  single family home construction experience as a PM, Builder, or both.

• Experience managing production and custom home construction, or semi-custom home construction is required
• A 4 year construction related degree is required.

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $120,000 /year depending on experience.
• Excellent healthcare/dental/vision plan.
• Bonus for each house closed.
