Reputable and stable general contractor is searching for a Construction Project Manager with federal contracting experience on military bases.  The selected candidate should have estimating experience as well.  Projects consist of vertical renovations and ground up construction through NAVFAC and/or USACE.  Projects are located in the Hampton Roads area.

Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project.  Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & Architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.   Candidates will also be estimating projects so some experience with estimating is required.

You must have at least 5-7 years' experience with federal construction projects, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor.

Compensation:  $95,000 - $110,000/year, benefits package to included healthcare.
