Atlanta General Contractor has a unique opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to work on a multi-year, multi-building, movie studios construction project in the Atlanta area.
This position is responsible for all business aspects of the project, scheduling, pay requests, R.F.I's, change orders, working with the design team, directing the preconstruction efforts, subcontractor management, field personnel, and maintaining an excellent relationship with the owner.
Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience working on ground-up movie production studios, industrial, office warehouse, or big-box retail projects for a General Contractor or CM at risk.
- Experience working on construction of movie studios, movie production facilities, &/or TV studios is highly preferred.
- A four year construction-related degree is preferred.
Compensation: $100K - $125K/year depending on experience.
