Description
Atlanta General Contractor has a unique opportunity for a Construction Superintendent to work on warehouse, industrial, and movie studio construction projects in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.
- Maintaining a great relationship with the client.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 7 years' experience working in industrial, warehouse, warehouse distribution, big box (Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, etc..), or movie studio construction as a Superintendent for a GC or CM.
- You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Experience working on construction of movie studios, movie production facilities, &/or TV studios is a plus.
Compensation: $80K - $100K/year depending on experience, plus benefits, & vehicle.
