· Create construction cost estimates and maintain project cost reports
· Understand details of project scope
· Excellent subcontractor relationships
· Capable of analyzing and organizing information
· Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers
Experience Includes:
· Minimum 5 years’ commercial construction experience
· Proficient with RSMeans
· Job Order Contracting (JOC) a plus but not required
· Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
· Degree, preferably in engineering, building construction or similar
