Top 25 Heavy Civil General Contractor is searching for an experienced Human Resources Director to direct all their human resource activities for their Mid-Atlantic region.
- Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or Directorfor a construction related firm that does at least $100M in construction per year.
- Experience working for a Heavy Civil construction GC is preferred, but not required.
- This position will be based in the Dulles, VA area, but regular travel to various jobsites throughout Virginia and Maryland will be required.
- You must currently live in northern Virginia or be willing to relocate here.
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000/year, DOE, plus full benefits package.
