Requirements:
· Experience managing and coordinating MEP focus on complex construction projects with budgets over $50 Million. Including mission critical, advanced technologies, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, healthcare or higher education, data centers and/or other complex MEP projects such as power, wind or solar.
· Strong interpersonal skills which include client relationship and management skills.
· Manage MEP aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintaining a good client relationship.
· Computer and Technology Progressive – current with best practices in software, tools and protocol.
· Track record of building effective working relationships with client, A/E firms, Owner’s Representative, vendors and other influencers; ensuring this client is your next client.
· History of managing MEP construction systems.
