Huntsville, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida project assignments are currently available - If you do not live in the immediate area of the project, a living allowance of $2000/mo. will be paid, and expenses to travel home will be reimbursed.

This Southeast based Multifamily GC has an immediate need for Assistant Superintendents to work on multifamily construction projects.  A sign-on bonus up to $5000 will be paid on your first day of work. 

You will be working on-site.  Future project assignments will be in the SE U.S.

This highly respected multifamily GC has been in business for over 25 years.  All their projects are negotiated, no hard bid. They are growing and need qualified Assistant Superintendents to help them continue that growth.

You will work directly with the job site General Superintendent on all aspects of the field operations, scheduling, and directing the subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule are maintained.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder as a General Foreman, Area Superintendent, or Assistant Superintendent, on ground-up multifamily projects for at least 2 years is required.
• Experience working on stick-built garden style, podium, student housing, or urban style ground-up multifamily construction is required.

Compensation:

• $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience.
• Excellent health benefits package.
• If working away from home, an out-of-town living allowance of $2000/mo will be paid, and travel expenses home will be reimbursed.
• Starting Day Bonus up to $5K.
