Description
Multifamily Developer/Builder has an immediate need for a Multifamily Construction Project Manager for a $30M garden style project in the Richmond, Virginia area. Selected candidate must report to Charlottesville office.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Work with the estimating department during the preconstruction process to provide insight on schedule and construction methods.
• Be the direct contact for the project owner and their consultants.
• Responsible for managing all business aspects of the project as well as provide direction to the field Supervision.
• This position is based in the Charlottesville office but weekly visits to the Richmond site are required.
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
• You must have at least 5 years' experience in multifamily ground-up construction, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder.
• Experience building garden style apartments is preferred.
• Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000/year, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
