As the Project Executive and Development Manager for a Regional Leader in School Construction, you will be using your experience in combination with their experience to accelerate the fast tracking of your career.

As a leader in education construction and development, this company is big enough to do complex projects with recognized clients, yet small enough where everyone is rewarded for their personal accomplishments. This is a hybrid remote opportunity.
Must be:
Excited to work on complex construction projects with a solid team.
Have a strong local network and relationships that enable you to manage projects from land development through first students.
A Communicator, who enjoys working closely with owners, architects, and engineers.
Experienced in bidding and hiring contractors and consultants for design and construction.
Recognized for your exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem solver.
A degreed professional, preferably in building construction or civil engineering.
