Senior Project Manager Construction

All our work is negotiated.  Our client builds for companies who want new, data driven buildings as well as rehabilitating some classic buildings into modern work environments.  The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from award through close-out. The projects are a good mix of commercial, hospitality and mixed use both ground up and tenant improvement.  This company is big enough to do complex projects yet small enough where everyone is ultimately rewarded for their personal accomplishments.

Experience Includes:

6 – 20 years managing projects with an established commercial general contractor

Track record of consistently brining projects in on time at/or under budget

Good written and verbal communication skills

Degree, preferably in building construction.

Salary is commensurate with experience and includes base, bonus, auto allowance, and strong benefits package.
