Project Manager
Top 20 ENR General Contractor is searching for a Project Manager for vertical construction projects with federal clients such as NAVFAC, USACE, GSA, USCG, etc. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a team where you will directly contribute to the success of the company and share in the fruits of that success.
Typical projects are in the $30-$100M range and consist of ground up (base building) construction along with complex renovations on federal installations. This firm is also searching for a solid Project Engineer.
Qualification requirements:
• Knowledge and willingness to train and mentor company personnel in the latest management software, management techniques, and construction management systems.
• At a minimum, the last 5-7 years you must have held a position as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, managing projects in excess of $20M
• A combination of ground-up base building and renovation experience is preferred.
• A 4-year engineering &/or construction related degree is preferred.
Compensation: Attractive salary, bonus potential, car allowance and excellent benefit package to include healthcare.
