Description
Highly respected General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager with experience in multifamily construction projects.
Project Manager Requirements: You must have at least 5-7 years' experience in multifamily ground-up construction, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder.
· Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.
Assistant Project Manager Requirements: 2-3 years' of experiencein multifamily ground-up construction, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder.
· Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.
Compensation: $75K-$110K/year for PM and $55-$75K/year for APM. Excellent benefits package and reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
