A Georgia-based builder specializing in multifamily construction is actively seeking a Project Manager for garden-style apartment projects. The first assignment will be located in Statesboro, GA, with upcoming projects planned throughout the greater Savannah region. This initial project is expected to span approximately three years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full business side of the project, including purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, scheduling, pay applications, and change orders.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure the project meets safety standards, stays on schedule, remains within budget, and maintains quality expectations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction, specifically garden-style or student housing projects. Experience must be with either a self-performing developer/builder or a third-party general contractor.
• Direct experience with ground-up wood frame multifamily construction is required.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Statesboro, GA, or be able to travel to the site 1 to 2 days per week.
• A four-year degree in construction or a related field is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation:
• Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience, plus benefits, vehicle allowance, and fuel.
