National Heavy Civil General Contractor specializing in water & wastewater treatment plant construction is searching for a Project Manager for their Atlanta Division.  Projects are typically $1M - $10M in value.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to move into a PM role, or for a PM to gain experience and quickly advance into an upper management role as this regional office grows.

This position will report directly to the VP / Southeast Regional Director.  This regional office is only 2 years old so the opportunity for advancement in this office is excellent.

No need for travel.  All projects are in the Atlanta area.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working on Water or Waste Water treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects for a General Contractor as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or PM, is required.
• Experience working on projects in the $1M-$15M range preferred.
• A 4 year Construction-Related degree is required.
• You must live in the Atlanta area or be willing to relocate here. No relocation expenses paid.

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $85,000/year, depending on experience + vehicle
