Residential Construction Manager

Construction Management experience or Associate degree in a Construction-related field preferred. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities (consultants, ADA, city requirements, Green building, etc.). Assist in writing policy and procedures for the construction team. Monitor compliance in all areas of training OSHA, ProCore, MS Project, 3rd party Engineers, Etc....
