Our client is a regional builder that has a great story and future. We are looking for a commercial construction senior estimator who enjoys working as the principal point of contact with the developer, design team and owner. Negotiated and Design/Build projects include commercial, hospitality and light industrial as well as unique commercial campuses. Buildings are ground-up construction including concrete and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).

Responsibilities Include:

Life cycle responsibility for estimate
Lead team on projects using various delivery methods
Understand alignment with preconstruction services
Maintain and emphasize industry relationships
Transition projects to field teams and be a resource for these teams
