Atlanta-based Developer and General Contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager for mid-rise and high-rise, mixed-use and multifamily construction projects. All projects are in the Atlanta area, so no need for travel.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for all aspects of the project, leading the project team, subcontractor negotiations, selection, and overall management.
• You will be managing the projects for the Developer / GC. They are a developer and GC.
• You will work with the development and design teams during the planning and preconstruction process, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, award subcontracts, manage all subcontractors, direct field supervision, manage the budget and schedule through tenant turnover.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years post college experience working in project management for a GC or CM on concrete frame projects in excess of $25M.
• You must have been the lead PM on at least one ground-up concrete frame project of at least 7 stories and in excess of $25M in the last 4 years.
• Multifamily / mixed use concrete structure experience highly preferred.
• A four year construction-related degree is required, no exceptions.

Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 plus full benefits package and bonus.
