Senior Superintendent Bryan/College Station
Multifamily and Student Housing just got more interesting! Texas based Design/Builder specializing in multi-family, student housing, and condominiums has an immediate need for a Senior Superintendent for ground-up, student housing construction projects in Bryan/College Station.
If you have a track record of maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that the clients are absolutely satisfied with their final product, we would like to talk with you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Scheduling and site management of ground-up student housing and parking garages
Positive relationships with owners and project team
Track record of successfully managing projects, field teams and subcontractors
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid or similar
You must have at least 7+ years of experience working as a lead Construction Superintendent on large multifamily projects ranging from $30M-$50M
Applicants must have prior experience with large, multifamily ground-up project
Responsibilities include:
On-site supervision of subcontractors and all construction operations, subcontractor scheduling, and material deliveries.
Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective completion of projects
