Assistant Project Manager-Bryan / College Station
This company is a well-respected Texas Design Builder known for its commitment to quality. This is truly an exceptional company and gives an assistant project manager the opportunity to build some of the most recognized multifamily structures in Bryan/College Station today.
Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience building multifamily, student housing, and condominiums of at least $47M+ and eager to lead a great, versatile team.

College Degree or equivalent relevant experience in construction project management
5+ years of experience in multi-family and/or renovation/construction/ground-up, student housing or multi-family projects (experience with ground-up concrete structures over 12 stories and turning units a plus!)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Project+
Technically proficient, experience with Procore, BlueBeam, Excel and scheduling software

Ability to work with and coordinate contractors, property teams, and various internal and external renovation scopes of work
