Atlanta-based Single Family semi-custom home builder is growing and looking for an experienced Builder / Project Manager / Superintendent in order to continue their growth.
This person will have full responsibility for a neighborhood and will supervise all field activities on multiple semi-custom homes concurrently in the northern Metro-Atlanta area.
This company is growing and needs a qualified PM / Builder / Superintendent due to this growth. There is excellent opportunity for growth within the company.
• Candidates must currently live in the Atlanta area.
• You must have at least 7 years of single family construction experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the last 5 years must have been building production homes.
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 /year plus benefits
