Senior Project Manager Multifamily Bryan-College Station
Leading Bryan-College Station Design/Builder with a strong Texas-based reputation student housing, condominiums, multi-family and general commercial is seeking a Senior Project Manager for student housing projects based in Bryan.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced with new, urban construction over $47 Million and looking to take your career to the next level with a clear plan as an organizational leader. An excellent opportunity to work on complex construction projects with a solid team, working closely with owners, architects and engineers.
Must Haves:

A strong local network and relationships
Eight years or more leading construction of multi-family, senior-living, commercial, or student housing
Past work should include ground-up, student housing or multi-family projects (experience with ground-up concrete structures over 12 stories and turning units a plus!)
A communicator, working closely with owners, architects, and engineers with strong local subcontractor relationships
A degree preferably in building construction or civil engineering
Technically proficient, experience with Procore, BlueBeam, Excel and scheduling software

Compensation $150,000 - $185,000 with a competitive benefit package
