Atlanta General Contractor specializing in commercial construction is searching for an experienced Estimator..
If you are an Estimator interested in a long-term career opportunity, with a great company and tremendous opportunities for advancement, this is it!.
- You must be able to put together a bid/proposal on your own for smaller projects or lead a team on larger ones
- Project sizes range from $250K- $10M
- Projects include ground-up new construction, tenant interiors, and demo/rebuild of occupied spaces.
Qualification Requirements:
- You must have at least 5 years’ experience working for a commercial GC or CM as an Estimator or Project Manager
- For the most recent 2 years you must have been in a full time Estimator or Preconstruction Manager role
- Experience with ground up AND interiors construction is preferred
- A 4 year construction related degree is required.

Compensation: $80K-$100K, depending on experience, plus a great benefits program and bonus potential! Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
