Commercial Project Manager

A leading flooring company in the Baltimore, MD area is searching for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to add to their professional staff.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years’ experience working for a subcontractor with projects specializing in tile, marble, and/or terrazzo. The selected candidate could also be a project manager who is currently working for a general contractor.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors and maintain schedule.
• Attend job site meetings along with coordinating work with other construction trades.
• Generate schedule of values and all project related documents.
• Review and understand project specific contractual responsibilities. Responsible for quantity takeoffs, submittals/samples, shop drawing review, change orders along with RFI’s/ASI’s.

Compensation:

$90-$120K per year depending on experience along with profit sharing and benefit package to include healthcare.
