Atlanta-based Multifamily Developer/Builder/Owner is searching for an experienced Superintendent for multifamily renovation construction projects.

All projects are in the Metro Atlanta area.  No need for travel.  You will be home every night.

This company builds their own multifamily projects, operates and manages them, and renovates their properties as needed throughout the Atlanta area.  Typical projects are mid to high-rise residential, and garden style apartments.

This company is growing and offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Assignments will be primarily multifamily renovation projects. There may also be an occasional ground-up project.
• You will be responsible for supervising self-performing crews, coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials and scheduling.
• Work with the PM and Director of Construction to learn the company’s construction management & scheduling systems.

Qualification Requirements:

• Candidate must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word as a minimum.
• You must have at least 10 years of experience working as a Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily renovation projects.
• You must currently live in the Atlanta area or be willing to relocate here.

Compensation:

• $85,000 - $105,000/year, depending on experience, plus benefits
