Description
Richmond based general contractor is searching for a construction Estimator with 3-5 years of experience estimating commercial, ground up, and renovation construction projects ranging from $1M-$20M.
Responsibilities:
- You will perform takeoffs, solicit subcontractor quotes, prepare proposals, conceptual estimates, progress estimates, and bids for negotiated projects.
- Typical projects include ground-up and renovations of commercial construction and multi-family projects.
Qualifications required
- At least 3-5 years working in, or with, estimating for a commercial
GC is required. - A 4 -year construction related degree is preferred.
