Highly respected national General Contractor is searching for a Project Executive to work on a large Data Center projects.  The initial assignment will be in the Dallas, Texas area.  Additional projects are located in Clarksville, Tennessee and Leesburg, Virginia.  Travel between these projects is required.   Project durations are roughly 4 years, and each project size is approximately $500M.

This is a highly visible position in the company.  The opportunity for advancement is excellent.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a 4-year degree in a construction related field.
• Data center construction experience is required.
• You must have experience managing at least one individual data center project of at least $200M in value for a GC or CM as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, within the last 3 years.
• You must have at least 10 years’ experience in project management for either a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or a Developer/Builder. Owner's representatives or Architects will not be considered.
• You do not need to currently live in the Dallas area – reasonable relocation / travel expenses will be paid for the right candidate.

Compensation:

• $140,000-$175,000, per year depending on experience. Excellent benefits package, company car, bonus potential.
