Description
A reputable and stable general contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager with federal contracting experience on military bases, NASA and VA Hospitals. Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 7-10 years’ experience with federal construction projects, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor on NAVFAC, NASA and/or VA Hospital projects.
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
Compensation: $85K-110K/year, depending on experience.
You do not have to be local and relocation is available. Additional opportunities in Ohio. Some travel may be required for this position.
