Our client is a highly respected San Antonio Commercial Contractor, building locally for over 100 years. They are looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage construction of Higher Education, K-12 Education, General Contracting, Commercial and unique signature projects.
We are looking forward to speaking with you if you have:

5 – 15 years project management experience on K-12, Schools, Higher Education, Bioscience, or commercial construction, both private and public
Manage the schedule, costs, contract, pay requests, RFI’s, change orders, shop drawings
Experience with Microsoft, Procore and Primavera
Track record of strong client and subcontractor relationships as well as working closely with architects, engineers, and developers
Strong ability to manage schedules and budgets while building high functioning teams
Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
