National Top ENR General Contractor has an immediate need for Superintendents and Quality Control Managers for medium-large construction projects in the Hampton Roads area.  Additional opportunities available in North Carolina.

• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.

• High school diploma and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on renovation and/or ground-up vertical construction projects more than $20M.

• Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation.  Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings.

Compensation: $100K-$140K depending on experience, car allowance/company vehicle, great benefit package to include healthcare.  You do not have to be local as relocation and/or housing will be provided for the selected candidate.
