North Carolina Commercial General Contractor is searching for a Superintendent to direct the construction of the structure and exterior enclosure on a high-rise office building in Charlotte.     This person will work in conjunction with the General Superintendent on this $250M+ project.  This is a highly respected General Contractor that has been in business for over 75 years and actively building in Charlotte for over 30 years.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors for the structure and exterior curtainwall system
• Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.
• Maintain a great relationship with this high profile owner to ensure repeat business.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience working in commercial, hospitality, or high-rise residential construction as an Assistant or General Superintendent for a GC, CM, or turnkey Concrete Frame Contractor.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as an Area Superintendent or Lead Superintendent for a GC, CM, or Concrete Frame Contractor, directing the crews and subcontractors on at least one concrete structure over 20 stories and the curtainwall of multi-level buildings.
• You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• You must live in the Charlotte area or be willing to relocate here.

Compensation:  $90,000 - $120,000 base salary depending on experience, plus full benefits and bonus.
