General contractor has a permanent need in Winston Salem for a superintendent to manage commercial ground up and interiors projects in the $500,000 to $15M range. Projects are medical office buildings, clinics, hospital renovations. Duties include quality control, scheduling and management of subcontractors, ordering of materials, interface with architects, owners and engineers.

Salary is $100,000 to $125,000 plus vehicle, excellent benefits and bonus program.
