Our client is 100% employee-owned company with over 20 years of experience providing industrial construction management and general contracting services nationwide. We have been engaged to find a Project Executive to lead their expanding Tampa operations.
As the Project Executive for a Regional Leader in Industrial Warehouse and Distribution Facilities, you will be using your experience in combination with their experience to accelerate your career. This is your opportunity to grow to an Operations Manager.
Our client has a reputation in the industry for commitment, collaboration, resources, and exceeding client expectations. This company has built over $350 Million in projects in the Greater Tampa market in the past 2.5 years.
Experience Includes:

Over 8 years managing construction of industrial warehouse and distribution projects over $20 Million.
Experience with Industrial Tilt-wall.
Strong local network and relationships.
A Communicator, working closely with owners, architects, and engineers.
A degree preferably in building construction or civil engineering.

Excellent compensation and benefit package, and flexible work environment.
Compensation $150,000 - $225,000
